• Can I spray the Lavender Magnesium Night Spray on my pillow, sheets, etc?

Unlike traditional fabric freshener sprays, our Lavender Magnesium Night Spray contains transdermal magnesium chloride and is made to be sprayed directly onto skin. With our skin being our largest organ, the Lavender Magnesium Night Spray quickly absorbs into skin and directly into the blood stream leading to the desired effects that lavender & magnesium are known for. Spraying on any surface other than skin may leave stains and/or magnesium residue.

Due to the fact that we only use natural ingredients, free from chemicals, emulsifiers and stabilizers, occasional grainy or light spots may appear. Please note this is a cosmetic natural phenomena known as crystallization & blooming commonly found in natural products containing unrefined butters such as shea butter. After a butter is melted, it can develop tiny crystals as it cools and sets, as well as throughout the life of the product when exposed to varying temperatures. These crystals melt again upon contact with skin, and does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the lip balm. Many mainstream lip balms on the market typically contain synthetic chemicals to help stabilize their ingredients and/or do not use as much natural butter as we do; their synthetic (toxic) ingredients ensure that the molecules of the various oils and butters combine evenly, produce a texture that is consistent and stable even under varying temperatures. In normal conditions, the texture of our all-natural lip balm is smooth & creamy; the only time it has the potential to become gritty or contain light spots is when exposed to high and low temperatures while being used, stored, or transported. Don't worry if this happens to your lip balm, it's still perfectly good to use!

• Why is there clear liquid in my Lavender Magnesium Body Butter or  Magnesium Recovery Cream?

Both our Lavender Magnesium Body Butter and Magnesium Recovery cream contain high dose transdermal magnesium chloride (up to 11,000mg depending on size & product). Most mainstream magnesium butters & creams on the market contain low doses of magnesium and/or do not disclose the amount of magnesium in their products. As our products are all-natural it is possible to observe minor separation between high dose magnesium and unrefined shea butter. This separation does not affect the quality or effectiveness; you can simply shake the bottle before use and/or rub desired amount in your hands before applying.

• Why did my Fire + Ice Pain Balm or Extra Strength CBD Pain Balm develop grainy or light spots over time?
