Although buying and selling of hemp derived CBD products is now federally legal under the 2014 US Farm Bill section 7606 and acknowledged by Shopify (our website platform) they still do not allow payments through their site. Shopify instead requires merchants to integrate a third-party payment processor that supports CBD transactions, this often leads to most merchants increasing their CBD price points to offset the high fees of said third-party payment processors. To continue offering our high quality CBD products at affordable prices we have decided not to partner with a third-party payment processor.
