Fire + Ice Pain Balm

During my December holiday travels, I just applied it on my body wherever I felt aches and discomfort from the lower back to just under my nose, which helped me breathe easier while I sleep. Also I applied the balm on the skin at the rib cage to alleviate the muscle pain from my repeated coughs from the last cold. Oh what a relief to nasty bug bites!

To me it is a handy trusty travel companion for my aging but busy traveling body.
